Maggie Schmidt (she/her) is an artist, graphic designer, and a lover of arts and crafts. She graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design from Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids, MI. Her works are inspired by her upbringing on a rural farm in Michigan, and what connects her to her creative-self. Her passions lie within the intersection of traditional arts and crafts within feminism and creating work about what surrounds her. Her works mostly consist of acrylic, colored pencil, and digital, although she loves trying anything new. As her fine art journey came to a pause while in school, she is now trying to find her way again as an artist.
